Welcome to the AAO-HNSF Presenter Management Center
and your personal account.

The Presenter Management Center is organized into 3 areas, Personal Information, Presenter Information and Presentation Information. Please see below for further details on each section.

Personal Information: This section manages all of the information related to your personal account.These items include:

  • Personal Details
Presenter Information: This section below manages the information related to a specific session. These items include:
  • Critical Dates — Lists all important dates for speakers
  • Registration & Housing — Registration & Housing Information for the 2011 Annual Meeting
  • Presenter Information — Manuscript Submission Instructions, Financial Disclosure Information, Letter of Invitation, Schedule at Glance, Speaker Ready Room Information, etc
  • Presenter Resources — 2011 Annual Meeting guidelines for handouts, posters and presentations

Session Information: This section manages all of the information related to you as a presenter, as well as general information related to the Annual Meeting. These items include:
  • Your session details and disclosure information
  • AV — Standard Equipment will be provided in all meeting rooms
  • Handouts — Handout standards and upload handouts here
  • PowerPoint Template — PowerPoint slide template to be utilized for presentations requiring PowerPoint.

To begin, we suggest you start with your personal details and work your way through the menu items, followed by each Presentation you are assigned to.

Some links will take you to external content and be displayed in a pop-up window. Simply close the pop-up once you are finished with the content, to come back to the Speaker Management Center.

It is important that you SAVE your work. If you do not hit the SAVE button, all information will be lost.
